Exchanges & Returns

You may receive an item exchanged or refunded by following these steps:

1. You must fill out the form below within seven (7) days after delivery of your package to request an exchange or replacement. Contact us at dlamarjewels@gmail.com before returning an item.

2. Eligibility for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that it was received, including original packaging.

3. We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to the original purchase return. You must cover your shipping costs.

4. All purchase items from the SALE section are FINAL and are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Because of the nature of pierced earrings, all earrings are FINAL SALE.

6. The color of the image can slightly vary from one computer monitor to another. If you are unable to determine the shade or exact color of an item or if you have any doubts or questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

7. If you purchase an item that arrives damaged, defective, or broken, please contact us immediately so we can work upon exchange or refund. Include photos of the damaged items for review.

8. Allow up to 30 days after we receive your pieces to manage your exchange or refund.

9. In case an item has become missing or lost, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps with the shipping provider (USPS) and file an insurance claim. Keep in mind that D’ la Mar is not responsible for any item that has been missing or lost in transit after once item is dropped off for shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you by email.
